Position Summary:

As the Manager of our Digital Product & On-Site Experience, you will be the business leader responsible for launching new digital products, expanding and optimizing core features and delivering functionalities across a Global Hybris platform. This position will handle product development from concept to launch, including the roadmap, requirements scoping, definition of acceptance criteria and testing. This means, you will be a thought leader in architecting the future state of the client experience across all touchpoints and channels. Reporting to the eCommerce Director of Consumer Experience, you will collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the organization to build a comprehensive view of our client experience as it is today and what our ideal experience should look like.


  • Serve as the business owner for all digital features and functionalities, optimizing existing products and helping to define the vision for the product roadmap.
  • Act as the champion of the digital commerce experience, partnering with Web Analytics and focusing on improving AOV and conversion, to provide insights and find ongoing build and optimization opportunities.
  • Define and analyze digital product success metrics, ensuring all builds add value to the product, the platform and to the customer.  
  • Build, prune, and prioritize the ticket backlog based on product and business priorities and dependencies with other development teams.
  • Manage the requirements gathering process between external and internal stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate feature requirements through an agile development process.
  • Be the main source for user story detail and priorities and validate that the stories meet acceptance criteria and completeness.
  • Act as the key stakeholder in story definition assisting the team with clarification, estimates, story sequencing and team objectives for program increments.
  • Lead user acceptance testing for all new features and be responsible for final approval for all new features before acceptance into production.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert while working with the agile team throughout the product development, testing, implementation phases to ensure feature integrity and quality.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of features and act as point of contact for any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
  • Support internal teams with specific questions, training and guidance during product deployment and ongoing training.
  • Prepare and participate in project release planning.
  • Play a crucial part in the team retrospective helping drive improvements across the team.
  • Continuously improve our cross-team delivery processes, reducing waste and re-work
  • Track business performance and metrics on weekly basis and analyze results/impacts of each release, update or fix.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s (BA or BS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience being the Product Owner role on a team that was applying Scrum principles and developing scalable, high quality and high-performance digital products. 
  • Hands on experience with UX optimization, strategy and measurement


Desirable Education, Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with Agile Teams in an eCommerce environment.
  • Experience presenting product direction and status to a variety of audiences
  • Applied understanding and execution of Agile Scrum ceremonies and processes
  • A proven track record of developing, socializing and implementing customer experience strategies and product enhancements
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles
