As Digital Content and Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in eCommerce and all areas of digital design, from email marketing and digital advertising to creative optimization and user experience. You will create innovative designs to help build upon EPC’s digital success. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously with fast-moving deadlines.




For assigned EPC brands (Digital Content Design):

  • Develop creative assets and design concepts that meet business objectives and advance brand strategies across all platforms and devices.
  • Design and develop homepages, landing pages and digital assets for and other EPC websites.
  • Design email concepts for weekly email blasts as well as triggered email program (cart abandonment, cross sell, browse, etc.) and transactional email creative (orders confirmation, shipping confirmation).
  • Design and create images for the product detail pages, brand stores and other promotional placements on our retail partner sites (ex: images in main carousel on Amazon).
  • Design static and rich digital banner ads including HTML banner ads or other such application.
  • Design social media creative assets, both organic and ad units.
  • Execute a wide variety of digital ads for digital marketing to support product initiatives, campaigns and testing.
  • Follow and maintain guidelines, typography, photography, color etc. in all digital creative
  • Conceptualize and execute concepts for digital advertising units.
  • Create innovative user experiences based on an understanding of customer needs and brand guidelines.
  • Communicate original concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps.
  • Research trends in art and digital design within the CPG industry; present ideas and concepts for new digital innovation.
  • Work closely with other partner agencies to ensure consistent consumer experience and asset development efficiencies.
  • Provide design support as needed for product graphics, logos, identity design, or other offline graphics.


For all EPC brands (Motion Graphics):

  • Collaborate with other creatives including writers and designers, conceptualize ideas for, create and edit animations.
  • Utilize pre-built templates and project files to create new animated versions of designs for ongoing campaigns, built to spec for various sized displays and aspect ratios.


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or with an in-house digital creative team.
  • Proficient with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, InDesign) Cinema 4D, and other Animation software. 
  • 2+ years in motion design with the ability to visualize in 2D and 3D

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience with performance marketing creative.
  • Strong knowledge of current web development best practices and web production techniques.
  • Experience in web marketing/web design with a working knowledge of HTML & CSS.
  • Familiar with latest design trends in motion graphics.
  • Strong typography and layout skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital retouching and image production.
  • Experience with Dropbox or other Cloud based collaboration platforms.
  • Dynamic individual who has energy, enthusiasm and passion for digital innovation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-starter/proactive.
