Position Summary:


The Digital & Media Associate Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of performance based digital programs that includes a mix of eRetail (digital shopper marketing), SEO/SEM, social media, video, and advertising. This role will also track performance of digital marketing campaigns and optimize spend and performance by identifying trends and insights for campaign optimization. This role will work collaboratively with strategy counterparts as a digital expert and have a focus on our eRetail partners, brand websites and direct to consumer sites.  The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the breadth of digital channels, able to support an integrated digital strategy, and drive actions with measurable impact.




  • Under the leadership of the Senior Digital & Media Marketing Manager, and in partnership with the brand strategy team, supports the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, including plans and how to measure & optimize.
  • Assist in the management, execution and optimization of digital marketing channels including owned and paid marketing channels for the brand, including eRetail, brand website, brand stores, shopper media, paid search, retargeting, email and paid social
  • Track performance of ads in platforms, including creative and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance. Analyze learnings and optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Lead media planning to ensure optimization across digital channels, ensuring the right digital content is available to support digital channels (i.e., DCO).
  • Project coordination & collaboration with key cross-functional partners to develop campaigns and support business strategies on multiple digital properties.
  • Generate and maintain content planners, calendars, and tracking documents, updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available.
  • Collaborate with business units and customer experience teams to optimize user experience.  Become the liaison between marketing and UX / eComm teams to ensure all brand strategies are executed optimally across all channels, including brand campaigns, opportunities for content marketing (i.e. blogs), and A+ product content across all relevant channels.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and / or technologies to deliver on KPIs.


Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of paid advertising experience, agency or D2C brand
  • Ability to perform keyword research, content analysis, and keyword optimization.
  • Deep interest in on-going content marketing education by staying on top of the latest best practices and algorithm changes.


Desirable Education, Skills and Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of eCommerce or Campaign Management experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working with website content management systems (Wordpress, Shopify)
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Experience with YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Adwords.
  • Experience with digital advertising & eCommerce tools (Google Analytics, Ad servers, DMP’s, etc.).
  • Experience with creative content process with ability to use simple editing tools (Photoshop or Canva)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel & digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong documentation, analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills.  The ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; experience working in a complex, dynamic organization and driving collaboration with various key stakeholders.
  • Motivated independent, self-starter that is comfortable in start-up type atmosphere and is willing and ready to “roll their sleeves up”.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Working Relationships

  • Key relationships internally will include working closely with Brand Strategy, Commercial Acceleration team along with cross-functional team members in Marketing.
