Position Summary

The Corporate Communications Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications. Ideal candidates will possess strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail, in addition to being inventive, hardworking, proficient with social media, and brimming with ideas about creative ways to engage the organization’s global internal audiences. Candidate will assist with, and take ownership of (as appropriate), a wide range of projects in the areas of Internal Communications, Social Media, Executive Communications, External Communications, Change Management, and Employee Engagement.



  • Brainstorm and write various email communications and e-newsletters, for both local and global audiences
  • Generate internal news stories by interacting with key stakeholders and staying aware of organizational development
  • Assist with the company’s internal social media - actively monitoring for content, promoting engagement with the tool, and reporting on employee activity
  • Develop social media content for internal and external audiences
  • Create supporting materials – PowerPoint presentations, org charts and org announcements, among others
  • Manage updates to the company’s various internal and external web pages, as needed
  • Logistical support for internal meetings and events – such as quarterly global town hall meetings and Q&As with senior leadership
  • Select administrative duties


Required Skills and Experience

  • College degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other applicable area of study
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong written and editorial skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong verbal and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office – SharePoint, Social Media, and/or Photoshop skills a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
  • Self-starter, ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Flexible, able to change focus on a moment’s notice based on ever-evolving internal needs
  • Ability to interact professionally, both written and verbal, with all levels and functions of a broad, global organization
