Position Summary:
|
||||
As a member of the Total Rewards Team, this role will contribute to the development and execution of rewards programs within the Americas region and as needed for global initiatives, in line with the Company’s Total Rewards philosophy and strategy. This role will support the Sr. Manager, Global Compensation on all compensation activities for North America.

Accountabilities |
||||
o Lead regional benchmarking activities including survey review and participation for compensation and programs across the Americas
o Support significant compensation initiatives, including but not limited to:
o Administer company LTI (equity) program working closely with 3rd party vendor and legal team to ensure accurate vestings, grants in E*TRADE o Support Executive Compensation initiatives as needed o Lead or support the development of annual communications relative to annual compensation programs o Previous Global Mobility experience a plus

Required Education, Skills, and Experience
o Experience working with internal and external resources, including HR, IT, Payroll, Legal, Finance, TPAs, actuaries, Consultants, Recordkeepers, and Government Agencies
o A self-starter with initiative and strong customer/client orientation; ability to facilitate discussions to resolve issues, obtain consensus and drive to a conclusion. o Experience project managing small to medium-sized projects and/or key workstreams within larger projects o Excellent team and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, business lines, and geographies o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work independently; strong sense of urgency o Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to proactively define appropriate work plans and processes o Exercise sound judgment and retain the highest degree of confidentiality o Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills |

Working Relationships

o Reports to Sr. Manager, Global Compensation o Key working relationships internally across the Global Rewards team, HR, IT, Payroll, Legal, and Finance o Key working relationships externally with third-party vendors including but not limited to Mercer, Towers Watson, ISP Advisors o Government agencies as well as internal and external legal counsel – Required filings, responses to requests for information
