While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with strong brand management experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

You will be reporting to Marketing Director and will be responsible for leading Sun care category growth through build differentiated brand proposition, drive strong portfolio, and marketing initiatives. Sun care is a strategic category Edgewell is driving to achieve substantial business growth in China. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our International Brand, Global Innovation team, local Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory, QA teams etc., so a good communicator is a must. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues. They’re an inspiring bunch. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

 

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have solid FMCG marketing experience, including both product innovation and commercial development, with a track record of achievements.  In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

 

  • Have good business acumen to identify opportunities with strategies and activations to achieve, who have the big picture in mind with attention to details.
  • Balanced marketing skills with business analytical skills as well as creativity.
  • A self-motivated team player who can initiative and drive key business projects with management alignment and cross functional team support to deliver results.
  • Strong ownership with result-oriented attitude.
  • Open minded and positive.
  • A fast learner to quickly grow from experience and continuously improve with learnings.
  • Familiar with digital ecosystem, BM and EC channel dynamics and key drivers. 
  • University educated and above.
  • Fluent English in speaking, writing, and reading.
