Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

You will be reporting to Greater China Regional VP and will be responsible for developing sales and China growth strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. Sales director duties will include building up the highly motivated sales team, hitting sales and full P&L targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual), building relationships and understanding customer trends. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR teams, so a good communicator is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have tack record as sales director or EC head gained within a consumer goods or commercial business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience


  • Deep understanding and insights on both online and offline trends, use knowledge of the business model and challenges assumptions to develop new strategies to increase value creation.
  • Have long-term vision in decision-making, be able to balance short-term and long-term interest, cost and return rather than being limited only to short-term gains and losses.
  • Sound understanding of retail business, strong network with key players esp. from online channels like Ali, JD and Tiktok, etc. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of customers that want to partner with the company to deliver the strategic goals.
  • Strong analytical skill, superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within customer and internal organization.
  • Build and develop a high performing sales team to achieve revenue growth objectives, Forge a cohesive and effective team by various means such as talent review and planning, rational task allocation, effective incentive and personnel retention.
  • Proactively anticipate potential problems and be able to formulate a plausible and concrete action plan to prevent or mitigate the impact of the problem, develop systematic solutions to solve more fundamental or more complex issues.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with great passion and desire for success in China business growth.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross functions to gain consensus and engagement to achieve business goals.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors through product, pricing and channel strategy.
  • Good commend in both written and verbal English.
  • BA/BS degree or above
