While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with strong commercial/ offline sales experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Field Trip… just to name a few!).

 

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

You will be reporting to Greater China Regional VP and will be responsible for developing sales on Brick&Motor channel. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. Head of Brick&Motor duties will lead and grow the offline sales includes wholesale, key account, and distributors. S/he needs to identify and develop strategies and plan for each channel and each area across region with successful execution of these strategies to achieve the financial targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual) with building relationships and understanding customer trends. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and HR teams, so a good communicator is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have tack record as Head of Brick&Motor gained within a consumer goods or commercial business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

•            Be familiar with local market and sales network, showing influence on distributors/key accounts with the ability to adapt to the position quickly.

•            Demonstrated strong business partner relationships, be able to balance interest between different accounts and distributors.

•            Result driven, good at problem solving Result driven, good at problem solving and strategic thinking with functional knowledge of data analysis.

•            Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

•            12+ years sales experience with 5 years in people management roles (grooming category is preferred), familiar with membership stores. O2O experience will be preferred.

•            Demonstrable experience as team lead in team management.

•            Relationships and influencing skills, including conflict management.

•            Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both within sales team and across functional teams to articulate vision, execution needs and rally for support.

•            Highly analytical, Persistent, Structured, Adaptive and positive attitude.

•            BA/BS degree or above
