Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of a diverse sales team and will work closely with the wider Commercial, Warehouse & Distribution, Finance and Supply Chain teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer focused supply chain professional to ensure import processes of the goods traded in Chile comply with legal requirements and arrival to our warehouses – with the purpose of guaranteeing the supply of our products at the customers purchase order. Also critical in this role will be to process invoices and provide accurate and timely processing of automated customer orders (EDI System), coordinating efficient resolution and processing of customer claims and issues that may relate to warehouse 3PL, transport 3PL or Edgewell generated. The role demands a great deal of proactivity, communication and understanding customer information, so is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a variety of tasks whilst keeping close to the details and customer requirements. You’ll have a real passion for customers and will be looking for the opportunity to utilize your supply chain experience
Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:


• Experience with working with warehouse and distribution processes within a commercial business (preferably in consumer goods industry)
• Strong experience of dealing with customer invoicing
• Proficient in using SAP (order / data Entry/ EDI order management and inbound/outbound delivery (SAP) knowledge)
• Familiar with management of warehouses (3PLs); distribution; inventory control; cost control; management of suppliers, import processes – export of goods; cost control; traffic; storage and distribution of goods.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and functions
• A collaborative team player who can participate with broader ad hoc activities when required
