POSITION SUMMARY
Define and implement the business plan for the Pharmacies & Perfumery channel in the assigned accounts, by establishing and maintaining solid and productive business relationships with each client. Identify growth opportunities, develop business plans and ensure their proper execution, to maximize the potential of both current and new customers, achieving or exceeding the established business objectives for the channel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop, follow up, and execute strategies and annual business plans for each customer.
- Increase market share and brand presence within each customer.
- Ensure monthly sell-out growth in pharmacies and perfumeries.
- Develop commercial strategies to achieve objectives in the Pharmacies & Perfumery channel.
- Negotiate, follow up, and ensure proper execution of commercial agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report competitive activities (pricing, product launches, in-store activities, merchandising).
- Conduct regular client and point-of-sale visits, optimizing routes and coverage.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales budget.
- Guarantee correct distribution and product availability on the channel.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of assigned portfolios.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within Pharmacies, Perfumery, or FMCG channels.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- High self-motivation.
- Energetic, tenacious, and with strong critical thinking skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Experience leading and developing a sales field force.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of sales results.
- Ability to positively influence other areas.
