While it may sound cliché, we’re looking for a someone with strong commercial finance experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo… just to name a few!).
 
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the local Finance Manager and will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, planning and analysis using both qualitative and quantitative analysis, contributing to the strategic objectives of the business. In addition, you will need to consider economic and business trends, review past market and company data, and anticipate problems and obstacles, being an eye opener and financial advisory to the local Commercial and Marketing teams. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work closely with our Channel and Marketing Teams with a clear understanding of financial statements, so a good communicator is a must. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have financial analysis experience gained within a consumer goods or commercial business. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience
 
• Education/qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related subject
• Experience in Finance Planning, ideally within a Consumers Goods/FMCG
• Experience of annual business plan ((sales volume, prices, gross to net waterfall, cogs, marketing investments, SG&A)
• Ability to influence commercial/marketing teams with product launches, P&L, customers/SKU profitability, and ROI analysis
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, HPL Hyperion Planning and Enterprise
• Strong financial analytical skills
• Organized and multi-tasking
• Ability to deal with complexity and on-going business change.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
