We are looking for an experienced Product, Marketing professional with experience in FMCG (ideally Personal Care or Cosmetics) to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager to be part of the Wilkinson (MALE SHAVING) brand story and manage the various elements of its Marketing mix, by proposing and implementing marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.
You will be part of a diverse team and will work closely with your manager to align on local strategy, analyse market information and competition activities.
The role demands a great deal of project management and various stakeholders, so is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, building relationships, and leading projects implementation. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values ‘move forward’ and own it together’.

 

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

 

•    Local Markets activation Manage the brand and product portfolio, assortment assigned (positioning, technical aspects, supply and logistical aspects etc.) in collaboration with the Segment Manager and the local commercial teams , with the aim to have solid plans and implementations
•    Market Knowledge and Analysis: Apply your experience to various market data (Nielsen, ad hoc research) to analyze, propose and implement growth. Perform Retail Selling Prices analyses and monitor competitor activities.
•    Marketing Plans Implementation: Contribute to the communication strategy of Wilkinson: formulate creative briefs (digital / social media / PR). Analyze agency creative proposals and cooperate in formulating communication material.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have Marketing or Product Management experience gained within the personal care, cosmetics or Consumer Goods industry. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love it when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.


Here’s what we are looking for:


•    Experience in Product Management or Marketing
•    Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the FMCG business model.
•    Experience working collaboratively with individuals and teams located externally
•    Proactivity and reliability to take on new projects.
•    Computer literate including, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, AC Nielsen
•    Analytical, critical thinking and results oriented.
•    Strong level of English and French
