Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for South Europe this role provides a great opportunity to be a part of Bulldog growth and manage the various elements of its Marketing mix, by proposing and implementing marketing activities and the brand strategy to achieve sales objectives, planning and monitoring sales across South Europe. 
You will be part of a diverse team and will work closely with your manager and the Global team in the UK, to align on local strategy, analyse market information, consumer insights and competition activities to identify innovative regional opportunities to drive growth across the region. 
This is an opportunity to be Bulldog’s Brand Ambassador in South Europe and ensure its strategy and execution fits within Bulldog Brand values and product concepts. The role demands a great deal of stakeholder involvement, so is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and building long lasting relationships.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:


•    Yearly Marketing Plans Development: Propose and prepare strategic & operational marketing plans in collaboration with the Global Brand Team.
•    Global Brand Strategy Ambassador: Build a strong relationship with the Global Bulldog team, to align on the best way to implement the brand strategy at a local level.
•    Market Knowledge and Analysis:  Use market data (Nielsen, Kantar, ad hoc research) to analyze, propose, implement and check, with corrective actions and growth proposals. 
•    Local Markets activation Manage the brand and product portfolio assortment assigned (positioning, technical aspects, supply and logistical aspects, sale conditions, etc.) to have solid plans and implementations in each country.
•    Marketing Plans Implementation: Contribute to the communication strategy of Bulldog, formulate creative briefs (digital / social media / PR / copy adaptations – tags). Analyze agency creative proposals and cooperate in formulating communication material.
•    Budget: Contribute to A&P expenses follow up for the segment assigned to support commercial/category teams in France / Italy / Iberia.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have extensive Marketing experience gained within a consumer goods or cosmetics business. 

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


•    Proven experience in a Product/ Brand or similar Marketing Manager role 
•    Analytical, critical thinking and results oriented
•    Business partnering to influence critical decisions
•    Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the FMCG business model
•    Experience working assertively, flexibly, and collaboratively with individuals and teams located externally
•    Ability to work on multiple projects at pace
•    Proactivity and reliability to take on new projects
•    Computer literate including, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, AC Nielsen (experience working on Nielsen data analysis is a plus)
•    Strong level of English and French
•    Project management knowledge and experience
