We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
The Key Account Manager ECB (Edgewell Custom Brand) is responsible to operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to his/her customer portfolio (retail or discount), build, and maintain strong & long-lasting customer relationships across business, to develop sales and margin of his/her customer portfolio and contribute strongly to the France successful results.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
- Customer Role:

- Follow-up of commercial efficiency to provide clarity on performance (internal) and expected service level (external) for the full ECB France.
- Analyze sales figures on a weekly basis. Weekly update on commercial trackers with the KAM Senior ECB. Gap analysis.
- In conjunction with the Customer Service & Supply, make sure that the customer is serviced appropriately according to its requirements.
- Specific set of retailers with direct responsibility
- In conjunction with the ECB KAM Senior, ensure appropriate prioritization / planification on sales revenue targets are implemented at the start of each fiscal year to ensure ongoing business objectives are achieved.
- Negotiate the best Customer Business Plan and contract for each account that will ensure both NS and GM growth according to commercial priorities of the year.
- Ensure the sales revenue and margin targets are achieved in line with the French ECB business plan.
- Make sure agreed product portfolio and potential promo plan is activated in customers tools timely and according to negotiation.
- Search any opportunity to grow sales at customer using market insights / customer infos.
- Plan and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Establish and follow with DP accurate and timed forecast for permanent and promo range.
- Identify any opportunity to grow incremental sales and Market Share at customer.
- Enhance customer preference for Edgewell as shaving PL supplier.
- In conjunction with the Customer Service & AR team, contribute to resolution of different penalties or litigation on deliveries / payments.

- Marketing / Product Role: Responsibilities on product development under KAM lead and accountability.
- Lead Project management of new ECB product /product changes in retailers’ portfolio.
- Brief the ECB technical team and follow-up development. Strong ownership of the timing / quality of delivery.

Here’s what we are looking for:
University degree or equivalent in commercial related subject.
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
1 or 2 rounds of negotiation in an FMCG environment.
Experience in Private Label is a plus.
Business oriented / Result-oriented
Customer-oriented / Negotiation skills
Project Management “style” skills: methods and adaptability.
Work flexibly and as a team with other business support colleagues ensuring that an effective and integrated result is always provided.
Committed completer/finisher who can overcome challenges to ensure successful delivery.
High / intermediate level of computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products including Excel, ability and willingness to learn new software.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical abilities / Skilled with numbers
Job Tools : Excel, SAP, Promax, and other internal tools.
