We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Walmart Omnichannel Sales & Retail Media Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate a multi-million dollar Omnichannel business & bring impactful Retail Media campaigns to life across several national brands and categories.
Responsibilities:
Shopper Marketing Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and analyze Shopper Media Activations through Walmart Connect & leverage the Walmart Ad Platform self-serve advertising capabilities & analytics to amplify in-store experience.
• Partner with Walmart Sales Managers, Brand Teams, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to drive EPC’s Omnichannel Growth Strategy at Walmart.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
E-Commerce Digital Content Management:
• Utilize Walmart’s Supplier One Platform & Salsify to execute digital merchandising strategy in collaboration with Marketing Teams.
• Maintain Edgewell’s A+ digital content standards on Walmart’s site using industry-leading digital merchandising tools like Salsify and BazaarVoice.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to effectiveness of e-commerce content and shopper marketing campaigns.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Desirable Education, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing within the CPG industry.
• Hands-on experience with digital media planning and execution (social media, Walmart Ad Platforms - search, display ads).
• Familiarity with content management systems like Salsify (required).
• Experience with Walmart platforms (e.g., Supplier One, Item 360) is a bonus.
• Proven track record managing retail media campaigns, especially on Walmart Media Connect.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and integrating online/offline experiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred location in AR (near Walmart customer headquarters), but role can be Remote-based, with quarterly (minimum) travel to AR and CT.
The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $136,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
