Customer Connectivity: Have a passion for partnering with customer teams to deliver digital category growth and other essential KPIs. Be comfortable and experienced in customer relationship management, understanding and speaking to digital business KPIs, & driving cross-functional partnerships within Edgewell to deliver on commitments to retailers.

Data Based Advocacy: Create consumer-centric selling stories with data that bring the abundant opportunities to drive customers’ digital businesses to life. Leverage your analysis to advocate and execute best in class digital business opportunities via internal and external partners.

Cross Functional Collaborator: Develop a robust partnership with sales & retail media cross functional teams to drive best in class digital sales growth. Be familiar with the KPIs of Edgewell sales account managers & the digital media partners (WMC, MAP, etc.) that help fuel eCommerce sales.

Key Systems Power User: Build expertise in the retailer and 3rd party systems that bring Edgewell’s brands and products to life across retailer platforms. Seek to understand the processes that make customer platforms run, and how to engage with the systems and agentic features in an agile way.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field of study (Business, Sales, etc.)

4-6 years of experience in sales or adjacent function, with at least 1-2 focused on eCommerce. CPG industry experience a plus.

Familiarity and ability to leverage customer (Supplier One, Scintilla) and 3rd party (Salsify, IRI, Profitero, etc.) platforms that drive and inform Edgewell’s digital growth strategies.

Travel as needed, on average 1-2 times a quarter.
The salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
