The Sustainability Analyst is a key member of the Global Sustainability function responsible for supporting corporate sustainability initiatives, carbon reduction, data analysis and reporting. The analyst role will work across functions and support key internal/external sustainability initiatives, including product and packaging sustainability, global operations / EHS and supply chain among others. Key areas of responsibility include, conducting ESG/sustainability research and benchmarking, collecting and  validate sustainability data, analyzing performance progress, creating and managing data management tools/methodologies, , and supporting internal/external ESG/sustainability reporting. Ideal candidate will be self-starting and excel in working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams


  • In support of the Global Sustainability function and cross-functional team, collect data, support and evolve environmental and social reporting capabilities across ESG/sustainability performance areas, and collaborate on environmental sustainability reporting requirements/trends.
  • Support data collection efforts with both internal and external stakeholders related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (scope 1, 2, and 3), water, waste, and other environmental impact data.
  • Assist in collecting, managing, and analyzing data content for the annual Sustainability Report, ESG disclosures, CDP, customer requests and other communication efforts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations, generate insights and deliver information directly to business stakeholders.
  • Perform data analysis and system management, including calculations using Excel spreadsheets, and data management tools.
  • Support presentation of sustainability results and program progress
  • Support product sustainability impact measurements and systems (e.g., carbon circularity, LCAs, etc.)



  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, enterprise risk management, and/or ESG
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a sustainability-related area such as Environmental Science  or similar
  • Subject matter expertise in environmental sustainability reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage large datasets using diverse data sources to track, forecast and report on environmental data
  • Knowledgeable of ESG reporting frameworks and their requirements: GRI,TCFD, SASB, GRI, SBTi etc.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ESG standards and methodologies, such as GRI,TCFD, SASB, GRI, SBTi, and similar
  • Working knowledge of corporate climate / energy practices including GHG inventory, carbon accounting, and renewables.
  • Financial acumen and/or carbon accounting and management knowledge
  • Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Ability to connect to different data sources using Power BI and write queries
  • Knowledge of SAP master data elements
  • Proficiency with Excel and data management/analysis
  • High degree of organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to deliver on time to a consistently high standard
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other software packages- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
