The Supply Chain Analyst (Global Data & Analytics) will be a role combining analytical and analysis skills with developing project management skills.  The Supply Chain Analyst will have direct responsibility for completing analysis and participating in tactical analytics projects which will include combinations of elements of demand and supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.

  • Capacity Analysis
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Validation of Data Flow and Master Data Accuracy
  • Developing automated Supply Chain/Operations Reports
  • May also perform additional duties as assigned

 

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • BS in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business is Preferred
  • 0-3 years Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations Experience
  • Data Mining – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Data Models, and External Data Sources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Critical Thinking – Problem Solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Analytical Skills – Calculations, Formulas, and Data Representation
  • Analytical Curiosity – Comfortable with and enjoys working in very detailed, data intense environment
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Influencing – Develop credibility and ability to explain findings to Supply Chain Organization to support continuous improvement
  • Collaboration – Ability to work with diverse, cross functional stakeholders, and team members
  • Must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change
  • Must be able to interface, communicate, and work with various functional groups within the organization

Desirable Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of project management.
  • Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, Manugistics, and Business Intelligence Tools.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
