Billie is on the lookout for an accomplished Product Manager to work across Billie and other DTC brands at Edgewell Personal Care. In this role, you will live and breathe customer experience and help tie customer-centric goals to high level business objectives. We’re seeking someone comfortable both executing sprint to sprint and also eager to zoom out and understand long term strategy.

The role:

  • Work closely with leadership to define priorities and maintain a roadmap for customer-facing enhancements including site features and promos.
  • Write detailed user stories & acceptance criteria and participate in QA.
  • Work within CMS to manage content updates, promo setup, and inventory availability where needed.
  • Use data, UX research, and market research to analyze, prepare, and pitch business cases for customer-facing enhancements.
  • Ensure delivery, analyze results, and develop new insights with every feature you ship.
  • Effectively communicate progress proactively and clearly to leadership, stakeholders, and your team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners, with a focus on empathy and shared goals.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years product experience (additional cross-functional experience preferred)
  • A passion for building products that customers love and that have a high business impact
  • Experience with DTC promo strategy and measurement plus an eagerness to dive into data, model out scenarios, and identify big swings based on your analysis
  • A proven executor; your project management and scrum skills are stellar and second nature at this point
  • An effective communicator;  you can you know your audience and you bring clarity and organization to every conversation you have

The salary range for this position is $125-135K. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance
