Position Summary

 

Assist with the delivery of training and the development of training materials, and to provide administrative support related to training, including scheduling, data entry, preparation of training materials, and record maintenance.

 

Essential Functions

  • Deliver training in one-on-one settings for all colleagues, on the job settings and in the classroom on a variety of topics.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, to include: SOP’S, Work Instructions, Forms, Assessments, ETC.
  • Build training materials (printing, collating and binding) for hand-outs and training manuals.
  • Data entry of training records into Learning Management System.
  • Maintain training documentation and files to include paper training records.
  • Work with temporary service provider to coordinate and conduct required training for new temporary associates; enter and maintain temporary associates’ records in LMS. 
  • Maintain and update the SOP binders.
  • Proctor tests and assessments.
  • Respond to requests for training records and information about training.
  • Responsible for meeting the quality, safety and productivity targets within the work area.
  • Support and adhere to GMP/FDA requirements. Ensure that the facility complies with applicable Federal, State and Local requirements
  • Comply with company policies and processes
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years related manufacturing experience, preferably in an FDA regulated industry.
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Strong writing skills, spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and technical writing styles.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Ability to learn PLM and LMS and use them proficiently
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications Able to create documents, spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, project schedules.

 

Preferred Skills

•    Experience with liquid compounding and batching, liquid fill production, and FDA regulated facility strongly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Working Relationships

  • Site personnel, contractors and regulatory agencies

Work Environment

  • Travel may be required for audits, training, etc.
  • Work schedule is projected to be typical business hours. Some work might be required on night shifts and weekends.
  • Exposure to health risks or conditions that may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
