Prepare clear and concise design presentations for leadership, with accurate 2-D and 3-D renders
-
Prepare print-ready artwork mechanicals that are highly accurate and meet the spec requirements of both external partners and vendors
-
Oversee Billie’s packaging artwork routing and approval process with key stakeholders across multiple departments
-
Maintain packaging color and quality standards and help evolve design systems as we continue to expand our product line
What we’re looking for:
-
5+ years experience in packaging design (exposure to both DTC and retail preferred)
-
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop with ability to execute 3-D renderings (Blender, Keyshot, or equivalent)
-
Elevated design standards, a passion for details, and a strong grasp of color theory and typography
-
In-depth understanding and mastery of the print production, pre-press file preparation, and QA/color management processes
-
Comfortable collaborating across Packaging, Brand, Product Marketing and Innovation, and Sales teams
-
Excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and with a high level of quality
-
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking initiative to see projects through from concept to completion
