We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management with 7+ years experience to help streamline workflows across our team. This role sits on the Billie brand team, overseeing project intake processes and driving key initiatives throughout project lifecycles. As the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate is able to navigate fast-paced environments, is highly-organized and communicates clearly.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the central intake and prioritization lead for all creative and brand initiatives.
  • Inspire and motivate the team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented work environment.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones from brief through final asset delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks related to scope, resources, or timing and driving resolution plans.
  • Partner closely with Production to align integrated timelines, budgets, and final deliverables.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional liaison, ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability across Growth, Product Innovation, Digital, CRM, Supply Chain/Operations, Retail, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee creative resource allocation and bandwidth planning, identifying resourcing gaps and managing external support as needed.

What we’re looking for:
  • 7+ years of creative project management experience within a high-growth startup, in-house creative team, or full-service agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated 360° marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production processes across both in-house and agency settings.
  • Experience managing workflows related to product development, DTC, retail, and large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and driving efficiency.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and excels at problem-solving, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you.

The salary range for this position is $136,000–$204,000. 

 

Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
