- Ownership of Billie’s long-term brand vision, positioning, and growth strategy grounded in consumer and cultural insight
- Acting as the brand’s internal north star across architecture, narratives, and touchpoints
- P&L ownership for launches and partnership with the GM on total brand P&L, planning, and forecasting
- Identification and activation of growth levers across pricing, portfolio, distribution, and innovation
- Leadership of big brand ideas, integrated campaigns, and always-on communications that drive equity and demand
- Oversight of creative development and measurement to ensure culturally resonant, high-performing work
- Identification of whitespace opportunities and partnership with Innovation on pipeline development and commercialization
- Flawless execution of launches across channels and markets
- Leadership and influence across cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Clear, decisive navigation of complexity and ambiguity
- 10+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods
- A proven ability to build culturally relevant brands through strong creative work and commercial impact
- Experience owning or influencing a P&L and making trade-offs to drive profitable growth
- Fluency in translating qualitative and quantitative consumer insights into strategy, positioning, and creative direction
- Strong strategic instincts paired with a bias toward action and hands-on execution excellence
- A passion for leading, developing, and mentoring teams with a track record as a trusted people leader
- A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment
The salary range for this position is $144,000 - $216,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
