Position Summary:

Edgewell Personal Care’s (EPC) internal creative department is on a mission to bring a fresh creative approach to each of its brands on the digital shelf. This is a new capability for EPC, and the in-house Creative team is growing to add a Creative Project Manager, eStudios. This role is a hybrid of the traditional account and project management roles typically found in an agency and is responsible for working between the Creative (eStudios), Brand Category, Social and eCommerce teams to ensure marketing, branding assets, and campaigns are high-quality, on-brand and executed flawlessly across all channels. The Creative Project Manager reports to the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for creative projects, managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and communications from kickoff to completion.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Social, eCommerce) to define project goals, gather assets, share updates, and deliver final materials.
  • Coordinate and document project briefings, meetings, and action items to ensure clear alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Oversee photo and video production logistics, including scheduling, SOW management, talent coordination, and timeline tracking.
  • Ensure creative briefs are clear, complete, and actionable for the creative team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
  • Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to navigate Workfront reports, tools, and project management best practices.
  • Develop, redesign, and maintain onboarding materials to improve clarity, efficiency, and consistency across team processes and documentation.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and scopes of work to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Champion the use of Adobe Workfront—refining workflows, documentation, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance communication and productivity across creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage resource allocation, vendor coordination, and outsourced production as needed, including contracts and usage rights.
  • Anticipate risks, communicate challenges, and lead resolution efforts to keep projects on track and on time.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing and creative production best practices
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong leadership and time-management skills.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Design, Communications, etc.  
  • 5-7 years of experience in account and/or project management, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience using Adobe Workfront Project Management Software
  • Experience overseeing creative execution (eCommerce, Social, Packaging, Campaign Development).

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Design, Communications, etc. 
  • Skilled with organization, multi-tasking and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience using project management software

 

 

The salary range for this position is $104,000-156,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
