Billie’s Growth Marketing team is on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Manager who will lead our strategy and execution for our large-scale PPC campaigns across Google and Amazon and lend their expertise to our shopper marketing search campaigns.  

 

As we have recently expanded beyond DTC into retail & Amazon, we’re looking for someone who is energized to execute a nimble strategy that changes as our business needs grow. You’ll be our champion for expansion through new ideas and re-thinking approaches to our current and future channels. Your above and beyond communication skills along with your process-driven nature and analytical mindset will be a perfect match for our Growth Marketing Manager role!

 

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Performance Marketing.

 

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon and Google properties to improve performance for optimal ROI
  • Identify domain, brand, category, and campaign trends to provide analysis to support incremental budget requests 
  • Define performance and optimization process & best practice guidelines and create a robust knowledge base for internal/external use
  • Responsible for owning the key metrics focused towards driving exponential growth of search.
  • Optimize campaigns daily/weekly/quarterly for optimal budget management
  • Seek opportunities for growth through competitive research, trend insights, beta participation, and self-guided experimentation, reporting findings and acting on improvements
  • Leverage 3rd party bid management tools to improve the effectiveness of our bidding strategy and operational efficiency

 

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in paid search planning and execution (DTC or SAAS background preferred)
    • Proficiency with 3rd party campaign management tools like PacVue 
    • You've performed Amazon audits across multiple categories
    • Experience navigating Amazon Seller and Vendor Central is a plus
  • An in-depth understanding of automated bid strategies with experience optimizing towards CPA or ROAS goals
  • Proven ability with using data and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making
  • Impeccable communication skills with a knack for project management
  • A strategic mindset to escalation management and triage, remaining calm under pressure with a solution-focused approach
  • A hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
  • Someone who can lead by example and demonstrate Billie’s company values


 

The salary range for this position is $80,0000-$90,000 annually. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
