Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
The Brand Manager will assist in the execution of the Oceania Brand Plans. Working closely with the Australian brand team, this role will be the Edgewell marketing representative for the New Zealand market. In market execution is essential and a primary focus for this role. The scope includes executing the Oceania brand strategies including:  
Being involved in local market communication briefing agencies and execution, managing New Zealand specific consumer initiatives and managing the below the line A&P budgets.
Working closely with the local sales and category teams to implement all shopper activations including POS and artwork across all brands and all retailers. Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:

•    Provides input to strategy development and the annual brand plan to meet business objectives in line with the Oceania Hub direction. Execute this plan in New Zealand. 
•    Responsible for developing, briefing and managing all in market consumer like experiential & sampling, beach activations, shaving activations, public relations.
•    Proactively collaborates with Sales and Category to develop winning shopper marketing initiatives that support local sales and margin targets: 
•    Planning and execution of POS (As aligned with the Oceania Hub) to support the customer plans and brand objectives.
•    Shopper activations: Retailer catalogue artwork, Media Hub, Hypermedia, trade show support, customer specific solutions, premiums, consumer promotions, GWP sourcing.
•    Co-ordinates and executes in-store plans to locally meet business objectives, as aligned with the New Zealand sales team. 
•    Works with category and sales to actively monitor and understand all product portfolio performance metrics in relation to pricing, share and $ margin.
•    Effective A&P resource planning and management (Including Purchase Orders creation and Invoicing) to support all BTL relevant brand and customer plans.
•    Assist with product forecasting for new sku’s and P&L product development.
•    Oversight and management of relevant local New Zealand agencies with oversight from the Senior Marketing Manager in Oceania
•    Where required, supports KAM in customer presentations to ensure category and brand opportunities are maximized.
•     Provides relevant tools and direction (POG/Pricing) as required by the sales team to execute NPD (e.g. Trade Presenters)

•    Brand Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience gained within FMCG/ Personal Care
•    Ability to communicate and adjust communication style with multiple stakeholders.
•    Commercially minded and detailed orientated
•    Collaborative team player
•    Good project management skills
•    Demonstrated working knowledge of NZ retailers and shopper marketing.
