Position Summary
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for leading negotiations and executing commercial strategies with Soriana, HEB, and City Club. This role drives profitable net sales growth, manages customer relationships, oversees budgets and investments, and identifies opportunities to strengthen brand performance across assigned clients.
Accountabilities
· Lead commercial strategy development and execution for assigned customers.
· Analyze POS, BI, and customer data to identify business opportunities.
· Build and manage Annual Business Plans (ABP) and Joint Business Plans (JBP).
· Execute pricing strategies, sales plans, promotional activities, and negotiations.
· Forecast sales using sell-in and sell-out information (when available).
· Manage budgets, investments, and customer portfolios with strict control.
· Strengthen long-term relationships and ensure contract execution and follow-up.
· Support company strategic planning processes and SOP visibility.
· Contribute to the development of customer-facing Selling Stories.
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in Sales, including at least 3 years managing Soriana.
· Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret POS, BI, and Nielsen data.
· Experience negotiating commercial and promotional plans with retailers.
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Nielsen tools.
· Knowledge of Soriana & HEB platforms.
· Intermediate–Advanced English (~75%).
· Experience managing seasons, including Julio Regalado
· Experience with HEB and/or City Club is a plus.
· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
· Ability to innovate, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
