Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and creative eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help us grow our online presence and sales across multiple categories and brands. The eCommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for understanding the market landscape and ensuring that our online presence is optimized. They will work with the brand team to ensure a strong digital shelf presence and media support. The eCommerce Marketing Manager will coordinate with brand, sales, and agency teams to develop effective and efficient performance media plans to hit KPIs and will oversee the execution of plans to ensure excellent execution. The eCommerce Marketing Manager will also help to support the maintenance and optimization of our brand websites. This role will work across the brand and category portfolio, and across owned sites and retailer sites. It will require a strong project manager, communicator, and collaborator. This reports to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Audit existing eCommerce assets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Track and report on eCommerce asset performance and take action to optimize.
• In partnership with the brand team, develop creative for new assets to support new item launches and item changes, leading the creative process and ensuring the timely publication of assets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
• In partnership with brand and sales team, lead relationship with performance media agency to plan, set KPIs, and recommend investment levels.
• Track, report, and take action to optimize performance media execution in collaboration with media agency.
• Maintain up to date brand websites, supporting the brand team on assets, applying SEO, and ensuring timely upload of assets.
• Lead implementation of third party applications on websites and eComm platforms.
• Track web traffic statistics and highlight key observations and make recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital shelf management/merchandising and performance media management.
• Experience working on Amazon, Walmart and LCL retail sites to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the demands of a complex portfolio of products and categories.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships among cross-functional groups.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and generating actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Experience working with an agency a plus.
• Experience with Shopify, BazaarVoice, Salsify, Stackline is a plus.
The salary range for this position is 104,000 - 136,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
