Current Accountability and Responsibilities
As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will: 
•    Assist with managing the Learning Management system, including adding new courses, managing nominations, supporting the selection process, generating reports, and updating rosters or learning history as needed.  
•    Offer administrative and analytical support for coordinating course schedules and related logistics, including sending training invitations, reminder notifications, sending program evaluations, creating surveys and questionnaires, and performing follow-up tasks as required.  
•    Keep track of training metrics by updating the dashboard with precise and meaningful insights, ensuring key findings are shared with the team.
•    Manage and track invoice payments to ensure vendor payments are processed and updated and manage the Talent Management budget tracker.  
•    Provide support to the Talent Management team with projects as needed to ensure they are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately.
What You'll Bring:
•    1-2 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources department
•    Quick learner, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•    Ability to support projects and initiatives, collaborative team player
•    Customer-centric mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service
