Position can be located in Mississiauga, Ontario, Canada or Shelton, Connecticut, USA.  Minimum of 15 hours per week

 

The Talent Management (TM) Coordinator will support the management of the Learning Management system - adding new courses, managing nominations, selection process, running reports, creation of certificates, roster entries as needed, etc.  Will also assist in the creation of the annual training calendar and provide administrative management and analytical support for the coordination of course schedules and all related logistics including venue management and coordination as needed, training invitations, reminder notifications, creation of surveys and questionnaires, and follow-up as needed.  Responsibilities will also include managing and tracking invoice payments to ensure vendor payments are processed and updated and manage the Talent Management budget tracker.   Will also provide support to the TM team with projects as needed to ensure they are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately.

 

As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will:

•    Provide support to the Talent Management team with projects as needed to ensure they are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately.


What You'll Bring:
•    1-2 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources department
•    Quick learner, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•    Ability to support projects and initiatives, collaborative team player
•    Customer-centric mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service
