Please note - This role will be on-site daily in our Milford, CT location.  Hours are flexible starting at 7 or 8am, with some very infrequent night shifts, due to training needs for 3rd-shift employees. 



The Training Coordinator assists in the management of training programs and initiatives and is the super user/administrator for SuccessFactors Learning Management System.



The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee and contractor onboarding, orientation, and operator certification, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including content creation, learning assignments, curriculum and program creation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with HSES manager to support safety initiatives from a training perspective.
  • Develop training materials and job aids.
  • Create and maintain annual training calendar with input from multiple departments.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
  • Partner with operations leadership to identify and close training gaps.



Other duties may be assigned by plant leadership.


  • Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • SuccessFactors Learning Management System experience preferred
  • 2+ years related experience required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Sharepoint experience preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

The salary range for this position is $48,000 - 65,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
