Key Result Areas:

The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs import and export regulations for Edgewell Personal Care (NA, APAC, EMEA, and/or LATAM).  This includes but is not limited to: security compliance programs, creating procedures and manuals, conducting documentation audits and ad hoc reporting and analysis.  The colleague will work closely with suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and affiliates to provide accurate declarations to U.S. Customs.

Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s participation in CTPAT for supply chain security.
  • Conduct annual risk assessments to help drive trade compliance priorities.
  • Review and assess antidumping and countervailing duties as applicable.
  • Assist with the management of the import and export databases for the dept. ensuring the proper HTS/ECCN classification and country of origin is provided to the customs brokers/forwarders for Customs declaration.
  • Update / communicate and enforce import/export compliance policies and procedures along with record keeping.
  • Assist with other dept. projects as assigned.



  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Commerce.
    • Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong computer skills; SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 2 years of experience in International Trade.
  • Spanish preferred
Working Relationships/Travel
  • Position will interact with the following: foreign/domestic affiliates, customs brokers, engineering, production planners, procurement, international/domestic warehousing and transportation and others as required.
  • Travel expected to be <10%.
