POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support the North America Supply Chain organization. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes to develop reporting tools, perform advanced analyses, and improve data integrity. The analyst partners across supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, distribution, inventory management, procurement, and operations, to identify opportunities that strengthen efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. This role also supports the monthly Edgewell Business Process (EBP) by developing analytics and reporting used for operational and strategic reviews.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead complex analyses and tactical analytics projects across North America (NA) Supply Chain functions including customer service, demand planning, supply planning, distribution, inventory management, procurement, and operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models that support supply chain reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting used in monthly EBP reviews and operational performance monitoring.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to supply chain leadership through clear data storytelling and visualization.

 

Data Integrity & Systems

  • Perform root cause analyses to identify systemic risks in supply chain data flows.
  • Support data governance and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of supply chain data.
  • Drive automation and digitization of reporting and analytics processes.
  • Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions that reduce manual reporting and improve data accessibility across the supply chain organization.

 

Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop predictive analytics to anticipate supply chain risks and optimize mitigation strategies.
  • Generate insights to improve supply chain efficiency and cross-functional collaboration with customers and vendors.
  • Partner with supply chain functions to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use analytics to identify opportunities that improve supply chain performance, including service levels, inventory efficiency, and operational cost optimization.

 

Business Planning & Governance

  • Support analytics used in the Edgewell Business Planning Process (EBP).
  • Contribute to reporting frameworks supporting compliance and supply chain performance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Basic understanding of project management, marketing, and finance.
  • ASCM certifications such as SCOR preferred.

 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience with Power BI development and data modeling.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Manugistics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data mining and analysis of large datasets.
  • Experience with master data governance and data quality processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical curiosity.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations and explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams of varied sizes.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and influence supply chain decision-making through data insights.

 

 

The salary range for this position is $72,000–$108,000 

 

Compensation for this position varies based on a range of equal opportunity factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, relevant skills, education and credentials, external and internal benchmarks for equivalent roles and experience, business sector, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to base salary, the total rewards package may also include, for eligible roles, bonus, and long-term Incentive.
