Given strategic guidance, plans and engages with sites to build and execute operations sustainability work in support of EPC ambition. Guide and build governance systems and act to identify and coordinate the acquisition of technical resources and act as a consultant to site execution personnel. Provides leadership coordination for global site initiatives from a technical input/engagement, consulting and engagement focus for energy/carbon, waste, and water operations sustainability efforts.



  • Work independently on tasks.
  • Leads site engagement for discrete program areas under the EPC goals- i.e., coordinate sub teamwork in support of strategy
  • Key Participant in building and enhancing data systems for CDP, SEC requirements that reach into site data
  • Lead developing, “custom apps,” that are built for data support
  • Evaluate 3P support requirements/consultant work as needed to coordinate selection and use
  • Audit related systems for compliance and perform all audit related follow ups
  • Key role to engage and execute building/ revising the governance systems and related training/roll out
  • Manage (quarterly and as required other) data and scorecard
  • Support sites in executing load distributions, energy audits, water use analysis, waste stream analysis, and service provider contracts as requested
  • Excellent global interpersonal skills are required.
  • Plan and determine priorities and resourcing for assigned projects.
  • Engage appropriate subject matter experts to identify resources needed for projects as needed to provide sites with information (which includes repair/ upgrade of complex automation, molding, packaging, handling and fabrication as well as facility support equipment such as environmental and power systems).
  • Influence internal and direct external resources as needed.
  • A broad knowledge of all EPC sites and/or applicable industrial manufacturing and facilities equipment.
  • Working knowledge of EPC administrative and support processes.
  • Working knowledge of all manufacturing process used by EPC
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Influence and manage communication and support for site leader deliverables and project plans to accomplish long term EPC corporate sustainability goals
  • Competencies in improvement and quantitative methodologies (Kaizen, data acquisition, process validation and basic numerical/quantitative analysis)






  • BS/BA
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Minimum  7 years of experience required in an industrial environment, military experience with a variety of equipment
  • Knowledge of energy, waste and water uses and monitoring and consumption and equipment in EPC footprint
  • General knowledge of CDP process, Scope 1-2-3 emissions, energy use and conservation in an industrial environment
  • Specific process knowledge of equipment, facility, and ancillaries in the fields of machining, material handling, plastic injection molding, HVAC, additive manufacturing, tooling, equipment dynamics and power distribution and use, compressed air, water handling systems, facilities construction, packaging including bag/seal, liquid fill, form fill/seal, use of recycled materials.
  • EPC specific process knowledge in injection molding, automated assembly and packaging, materials handling, metal working and handling for both Wet Shave and Sun/Skin lines.
  • Waste handling and waste stream knowledge of the materials, processes and disposal methods used by EPC from landfill-recycling-hazardous waste-waste to energy and associated challenges.
  • Water use awareness including sanitation and process use and awareness of product use in skin care products. Awareness of BTU content needs for off-spec product disposal.
  • Data integrity awareness and understanding of business-critical data and liabilities related to data integrity and governance/ management systems awareness.
  • Work with outside vendors and contractors when necessary.
  • General MS Office proficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
