POSITION SUMMARY: 

The person who takes this role will be supporting the different initiatives to steer portfolio along the lifecycle, working closely with the complete PLCM team for NA; Commercial and Marketing Teams; and members from the end-to-end supply chain

 

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Analysis and reporting to drive decisions based in data at the Late Concept phase and forward that impact E2E supply chain. There will be special focus on SLOBs and NPI. 
  • Participate, Support and in some cases Lead cross functional initiatives or projects related to the optimization of the product portfolio in various stages of the lifecycle. 
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders inside and outside of the team.
  • Continous analysis and improvement of the go to market process. 
  • Continous analysis and improvement of the SLOBs management Process
  • Responsible for being the voide of Supply in any New Product Introduction in the E2E "go to market" process

 

EDUCATION AND EXPEREIENCE: 

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business management, Supply chain, project management, or related fields
  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Product Lifecycle management, or equivalent expereience
  • Master in Excel, powerpoint, and knowledge of PBI, Operational in SAP/OTC/JDA is beneficial
  • Experience in Process Improvement and Project Management would be beneficial
  • Internal Customer focus with good prioritization skills
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and portfolio management
  • Proven abiliy to drive change across functional teams
  • 3-5 years in a role that required excellent analytical skills, transforming data and other inputs into clear infromation for decision making, ideally interacting with cross functional teams
  • Experience in working with Power Bi reports or modeling dashboard using different sources of data would be beneficial
