Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our procurement team, focusing on data cleanup, pricelist management, and the automation of certan workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about the Edgewell business. 

 

Responsiblities:

Pricelist Management:

  • Helping to create structured pricelists/templates for future updates – develop macros to facilitate periodic price updates
  • Using Winshuttle templates to update pricing in the PIRs for large suppliers

 

SAP Data Cleansing:

  • Blocking old Purchasing Info Records (PIRs)
  • Checking and updating specific information on PIRs, including Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Country of Origin, Lead time, validity date, etc
  • Running reports to identify missing sourcelists and create them.
  • Creating PIRs for instances where there is no plant in the PIR

 

Workflow Automation:

  • Automating repetitive analysis, tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify areas for automation and implementing solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience (may be working toward degree)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
  • Familiarity with SAP/WInshuttle or similar automation software is a plus
