 Position Summary

Provide detailed analytics support and guidance on New Product Development (NPD) cost estimates and capacity analysis. Provide ad-hoc analysis based on requests of various business partners. Partner with IT in identifying, cleansing, and analyzing data from various Edgewell systems. This position works closely with the Operations & RD&E in support of New Product Costing and Sourcing Strategy.  


Essential Functions

  • Provide cost estimates, analysis of equipment capacity, and other analytics support for new and existing products.
  • Administrator of the Cost Request SharePoint Site & InfoPath Form.
  • Identify and develop measures and reports to support Global Manufacturing Strategy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in usage of SAP with respect to Operations Management.
  • Act as a support liaison between IT and Operations to create cross functionally aligned systems and processes
  • Work cross functionally with others to create and refine tools to bring about process improvements and support standard company practices

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering, Finance or Business.
  • Functional experience in SAP Modules: FICO, Materials Management & Production Planning.
  • Data Mining – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Data Models, and External Data Sources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced level), Word, Access, and Power Point
  • Analytical Skills – Calculations, Formulas, and Data Representation
  • Analytical Curiosity – Comfortable with and enjoys working in very detailed, data intense environment
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills – both written and verbal
