Data Analytics Specialist - Manufacturing Data

Construct complex spreadsheets and reports using SAP, Excel, and Power BI. Provide support for one or more functional areas. Compile special reports from data gathered on production floor and SAP to compose non-routine correspondence to track trends for a multitude of things such as production output, scrap, MRO spend, and other special projects to aid department Leadership and Engineers in focusing on problem areas.

Hours of work: 6:30am - 2:30pm,  Monday-Friday



The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs non-routine and complex advanced Technical and administrative duties. Answers complex non-routine questions and correspondence exercising independent judgment with considerable accountability. Requires an understanding of the general technical terminology of their specific department or product group.
  • Organizes and maintains electronic documents and paper files. Follows up on pending matters. Utilizes standard office equipment (MS Office). Works on projects that require researching, gathering, and compiling data from several sources. Analyzing data and making recommendations. Furnishing and obtaining information from other managers or outside representatives
  • Develop complex spreadsheets using advanced features of applicable software.
  • In addition to duties above, responsibilities may include other technical and administrative tasks.
  • Works with people at all levels of the organization. Interaction with external contacts. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Works with confidential information. Sets priorities and acts on them. Anticipates and prepares materials needed by managers
  • Extensive skills with the use of standard office equipment (MS Office, accounting software, SAP, Power BI).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



  • AS/BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering, or other related technical fields.
  • 4-6 years of related experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and report writing ability
