Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for handling the activities around Office Administration, HR Support and Payroll.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:


•    Manage the tasks related to the employment of new hires
•    Prepare and communicate to our provider all the elements related to 
•    Payroll
•    Follow health insurance, pension funds and other employees’ benefits
•    Liaise with social security, labour administration & other offices 
•    Organize trainings locally & follow training budget
•    Handle local internal communication & update and communicate all 
•    company policies. In charge of written translations Italian <-> English
•    Act as Chief Happiness Officer, Sustainability & Wellness Champions

•    Responsible to coordinate the office sureness & employees’ safety 
•    with the external company 
•    In charge of the administration of company cars, computers and other 
•    materials 
•    Responsible to deal with the external association (centromarca, 
•    ecoped, ecc) for the basic requirements (turnover declaration, 
•    general company information)
•    Manage mail, e-mail, calls & faxes. Check and order stationery supply
•    and consumables. Organize meetings & travels. Store and organize 
•    Digital and non-digital documents
•    Provide administrative support, billing verification and payment control.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
This role is being offered as a contract and we are ideally looking for the following experience:
•    Previous experience related to office management / Staff 
•    Basic knowledge in payroll and Italian social/labor law

•    Fluent English & Italian
•    Strong capacity to manage priority and deadlines
•    Confidentiality and discreteness skills
•    Communication, collaboration & diplomacy skills
•    University background: minimum of 3 to 4 years in secondary school 
(scuole superior) education
