Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Within a team responsible for the LATAM legal entities including Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Puerto Rico, working with external Banking Services providers, local affiliate and GBS AR/AP  teams, the Corporate Treasury group and Outsourcing partners, ensure that all LATAM Personal Care legal entities are provided with appropriate Treasury support, in accordance with business strategy and corporate policies and procedures. 
Reporting to the Controllership Manager Latam, working with  local affiliate and GBS AR/AP  teams, the Corporate Treasury group and Outsourcing partners, ensure that all LATAM Personal Care legal entities are provided with appropriate Treasury support, in accordance with business strategy and corporate policies and procedures. Ensure that all relevant Treasury reporting requirements from Area management and Corporate HQ are met. 

In this role, you will also be required to Banking Administration, Treasury Management Reporting , Internal Controls , Balance Sheet Management Support , Audit, Statutory and Taxation  and  Insurance.

The right person for this role will work closely with our Corporate Treasury group, regional Finance & Controllership teams, Payroll, Global Business Services and Internal Audit. as well as with External engagement that  will include Banking Services providers, government agencies, external auditors, and outsourcing partners. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse and nurturing colleagues. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? 
Ideally you will have experience in treasury operations or in an accounting role with banking and cash accounting focus,  within the consumer/ personal care industry and have:

  • Certified Public Accountant (or local equivalent), or extensive relevant experience.
  • Graduate degree with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting and Management (preferred).

 

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • A good level of numeracy and experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Solid accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Good computer literacy essential together with a good working knowledge of SAP, Excel and excellent knowledge of online business banking applications.
  • Organized, structured, logical, and systematic in their approach.
  • Focused on delivering to internal and external deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills to establish excellent working relationship with a wide variety of people at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in accordance with business needs.
  • Good team player, comfortable working as part of a matrix environment.
