We’re looking for a someone with Trade Marketing experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:


-Analyze patterns, trends and insights of shoppers in each category at the point of sale to contribute to the understanding of the market, as well as the identification and quantification of growth opportunities, within the point of sale in the assigned marketing channel(s) and customers.
-Provide information regarding the identified actions that are necessary to meet the objectives at the point of sale within the assigned channel.

-Collaborate with the Marketing team in the development of opportunity proposals, providing the promotion approach at the point of sale, aligned with customer requirements and resource availability.
-Develop the promotional grid of Customer Marketing.

-Control the investment strategy in the channels (Deflator).

-Implement and control the defined Promotional Grid.

-Design, implement and control the Brand Ambassadors strategy.

-Support to the company's strategic planning process.

-Definition, control and reporting of the Customer Marketing budget.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Here are some of the things that we’re looking for:


  • 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • English: intermediate or advanced (this is a must).
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Influencing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Commitment to service with internal clients.
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Creative mindset.
