Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate Customer Marketing to help drive growth in Drug & Pharma, and Proximity channels. This person will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that connect brand objectives with customer needs, while understanding category and shopper trends to drive commercial success at the point of sale.
Key Accountabilities
Channel Strategy & Shopper Insights
- Co-develop business strategies by channel in collaboration with Sales.
- Analyze shopper behavior, category trends, and POS data to develop relevant proposals.
- Align brand plans with customer needs and commercial viability.
Promotional Planning & Budget Control
- Implement and manage the promotional grid per brand/category.
- Control investment strategies (A&P and DFF) in assigned channels.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- On-time execution of promotional grid by client and brand.
- Proper and efficient use of A&P and DFF or GTN budgets.
- Achievement of Net Sales targets.
- Rolling 15-month promotional planning accuracy.
Execution at Point of Sale
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution, in partnership with clients.
- Develop and oversee POP materials, displays, and consumer activations for assigned channels.
- Collaborate with the analysis and understanding of the plans executed, with the aim of making improvements in the Balance to Go.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing.
- Preferably with exposure to Modern Trade, Convenience, and/or Pharma channels.
- Experience in mass consumption (CPG/FMCG) is a strong plus.
- English: Intermediate to Advanced (approx. 70%).
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Nielsen and data insights platforms is a plus.
