We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

 


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business...

 

You will report to our Mexico´s In Store Operations Manager, 

You will guarantee the execution of our commercial strategy and Perfect Store KPIs through our 3rd party merchandisers agency, and the team of supervisors and merchandisers assigned to them.

You will also plan and ensure fulfillment of work plans, optimizing visit routes for supervisors and merchandisers, making profitable routes/areas.

Do the KPI Follow Up and opportunities detection such as Sell Out, Inventories, Days of inventory, products without sale and Perfect Store (Share of Shelf, Share of exhibition) and execution monitoring, execution reports, dispersion of POP material and sales analysis.

Guarantee the delivery of all necessary tools to the supervisors and merchandisers

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods company..

We are looking for someone with the following capabilities and experience:

-Experience in FMCG (Massive Consume) companies is a must.
-1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade.
-1-2 years of experience in Sales analysis. (Point of sales). 
-Curiosity in understanding business drivers, add value thru insights.
-Excellent communication skills are essential
-Experience with merchandisers in point of sales is a plus.
-Excel is a must, knowledge of dynamic tables and analysis.
-English is a plus. basic or intermediate to be able to respond to emails and do presentations.
