This is a great choice for an ambitious doer especially since it requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management of Soriana & HEB. We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to our National Sales Manager for PBG. (Private Brands Business) 

You will support in delivering sales increase for our private brands business in which we are global leaders, sell in and sell out KPI´S within the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensure a healthy financial account management.This Key Account manager is the link between the company and the main customers.

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
-Having worked with Soriana having them as a client and mastering their way of working.

-Excellent Communication skills.
-Being able to manage ambiguity and frustration with clients.
-Established Track record of Sales results.
-Able to influence in a positive way in other Areas.
-Develop, Follow Up and Achieve Strategies and Annual Business Plans for each customer.
-Increase Market Share and Self among each customer for each category.
-Review and ensure customers monthly sell out growth.
-Achieve KPI´S and Goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer.
-Manage Regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors in order to ensure results.
-Develop a good CRM within customers and Internal Areas.
-Ensure Collection of each  customer sales.
-Energetic, Tenacious.
