We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Banana Boat, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!).

This position reports to our Channel Sales Manager for Traditional Trade.


This position requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensures a healthy financial account management. Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in the modern trade channel, to gain competitive advantages. Increase market share for the entire category through sales tactics and promotional activities. It is the link between the company and the main MT customers.

Also achieve KPI´S and Goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer and manage Regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors in order to ensure results.

Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail company.

Also it would be great if you have the following experience:

-Administrative Degree
-At least 5 Years of experience in Sales
-At least 2 years of experience at Retail Stores Management
-Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication
-Strong change management capabilities
-High self-motivations skills
-Energetic, Tenacious
-Critical Thinking
-Result-orient
