Hybrid, 2 days in office. Mexico City based. Full-time.
Position Summary
This position requires ensuring the compliance of the sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the company and at the same time ensures a healthy financial account management. Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in regional retailers, to gain competitive advantages. Increase market share for the categories through sales tactics and promotional activities. It is the link between the company and the main regional customers.

Develop, Follow Up and Achieve Strategies and Annual Business Plans for each customer.

Increase Market Share and Self among each customer for each category

Review and ensure customers monthly sell-out growth.

Management of the ambiguity where the brand is not ours. Look for new and different clients.
Specific Accountabilities

Achieve KPI´S and Goals such as: Sales Goals, SOM, DII, DSO, Gross Margin, and Forecast Accuracy for each customer.

Manage Regular and top to top meetings with buyers and directors to ensure results

Ensure and Achieve Financial Targets for Sales and InvestmentKPIS
-
Ensure Collection of each customer sales.

Track of all customers PO’s and invoices.
-
Provide monthly Forecast feedback of base portfolio and building block activities.

Self-motivation

Management of tactical plans and levers for Sell Out
Required Skills and Experience
-
Administrative Degree
-
At least 5 Years of experience in Sales
-
At least 2 years of experience in Retail Stores
-
Fluent English Conversation and Written Communication (will be part of the first call)

Strong change management capabilities

High self-motivations skills

Energetic, Tenacious

Critical Thinking

Result-orient

Desirable to have worked with Travel Retail distributors
Preferred Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree or Diploma in management skills

Strong Financial Background

Experience in influencing results for Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Financial Areas
