Position Summary


The position has as main accountabilities to understand customer core work process in order to develop a collaborative process with Top Clients in the Modern Trade Channel, to achieve both business results and customer satisfaction. Managing customer relationship while partnering with the Commercial, Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning teams in order to improve Product Availability (in stock), Fill Rate, Days of Stock and returns control.


Universal Accountabilities


  • Conduct the collaborative, planning, forecasting and replenishment process with Top Modern Trade Clients that are assigned to the Analyst so that Edgewell and customers agree and share the same targets in order to improve the Supply Chain operations and sales.
  • Support commercial and supply teams in order to monitor and improve internal and external Key Performance Indicators to effectively manage ordering, delivery, replenishments, costs, service level and sales growth.
  • Create statistical models in order to estimate Sell Out at SKU level in Top Modern Trade Clients. Analyze forecasts and highlight discrepancies vs. history or trend to ensure consistency with market trend.
  • Manage and resolve client’s forecast variances, out of stocks and overstocks issues in order to assure right levels of stock, fill rate, product availability and control of returns.
  • Generate the replenishment plan and communicate the opportunities and liabilities foreseen to the Commercial and Supply teams. 
  • Define in accordance with Sales team, the optimal days of stock for each client and product.
  • Generate the reporting needed by the commercial and supply team so that the process of decision making and action plans could be shortened.




Required Skills and Experience


  • CPFR, Buyer, Demand & Supply Planner position and experience of 2 or more years in multinational consumer goods companies.
  • Graduate in Engineering or Administration.
  • Ability to lead change and influence behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Strong focus on results.
  • Strong analytical and math skills, advanced Excel, Access desired.
  • Capable to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Commercial sense and understanding of the Supply Chain.
  • Advance level in English (Written and Verbal).
