We are looking for a great team player to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Carefree, Playtex, Bulldog Skincare... just to name a few!).


Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to our Credit AR Supervisor LATAM. We are looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker) analyst who will manage accounts receivable assigned, keeping control of payments and reconciliation for each customer.
This position will analyze and suggest the credit limit of the customers according to the policies of the company, control the release order process, maintain fluid and constructive relations with the commercial team and supply chain team and create strategies and supporting all sales processes.
This analyst will also deal with customers diligently courteously and professionally while collecting payments,initiate strategies for collections processes and procedures, analyze the portfolio of customers assigned to detect points of alert, considering alternative solutions that are feasible in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company, maintain updated information from the clients, so that each account is up to date and supported with documentary evidence in case of clarifications and audits, comply with the established rate of collections budget assigned versus actual collection, coordinate the management and control of discounts for customers and collaborate with departmental and cross-functional personnel on assigned projects related to process improvement, training, and initiatives with customer service, distribution finance, or other functional areas.
Other responsabilities may be: Follow up, the cash application process with the external BPO, present to the monthly committee all the information related to the customers assigned and report monthly the collections forecast for each customer assigned.


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have similar experience gained within a consumer goods/retail or commercial company.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
•    Fluent intermediate or advanced English (Spoken and Written) this is a must and will be evaluated.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Industrial engineering/Economics/Finance
•    At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounts receivable desirable experience in the consumer market.
•    If you like customer service and negotiation this is the job for you.
•    Professional experience in Finance or Accounting; knowledge of either Credit/Cash App/Collections/Disputes; SAP – FSCM Module
•    Highly proficient in excel and SAP.
