6 Month Contract (Jan – July included) . Ideally full-time availability but part-time considered.

Reporting to the Omnichannel Hub and eCategory Manager, the successful candidate will be assisting the department in the day-by-day implementation and coordination of the Omnichannel Hub in the business - a Product Information Management platform that will foster the way we now communicate about our brands. This platform is the source of truth for the business storing any piece of information related to our products.  The candidate will also assist in ongoing ecommerce projects, analyses and demands.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:


•    Collaborate with the Ecommerce Team in collecting the data and content necessary for the project
•    Content audit: Clean, optimize and organize the content in an efficient way for the project
•    Assist on the content upload into the platform and audit the quality and coherence of it
•    Support the team in managing and organizing the project.
•    Administrate and manage the tool to fulfill business and market’s necessities 
•    Assist new users of the tool, providing support and training as needed
•    Help develop tool usage via communication plan and materials
•    Day to day support in operational Ecommerce tasks and upcoming projects 
•    Collaborate with the team in ongoing ecommerce requests and upcoming projects 
•    Involvement in ecommerce meetings as well as cross-department meetings with 
Marketing, technical, and local Hub teams across the European region. 


Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

You are a final year student or recent graduate with Digital Marketing, Business academic or Data Analytics background.  A first experience gained within a Consumer Goods/ Cosmetics/ Retail /Tech Company, will be valued


In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:


•    Appetite for Ecommerce 
•    Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics academic background
•    Fluency in Spanish and English. English is a must for the position.
•    Experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, 
•    Willing to work with data, previous experience with databases is a plus
•    Ability to learn autonomously and use new systems
•    Self-motivated and resourceful: actively search out opportunities to add value
•    Strong attention to detail and highly organized: able to prioritize and cope well under pressure
•    Team player with strong improvement focus
•    Ability to multitask
•    Ability to work within varied cultural teams.
•    Collaborative minded and strong communicator.
