Full Time, Permanent, Sydney, Macquarie Park

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for Managing the retail customer accounts in the Pharmacy channel for Edgewell Personal Care. Additional responsibility for managing and coordinating the activities of a 3rd party field sales, merchandising & wholesaler management specific to the Pharmacy channel. Other accountabilities include providing analytical support and recommendations for portfolio businesses; You will also prepare reports and analysis of account performance, assisting and preparing presentations and other communications, Updating, and maintaining promotional planning tools; Preparation of claims and accruals for deflator / trade spend, exposure to smaller accounts where appropriate. If there’s one thing, you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative group full of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues. Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

Ideally you will have experience gained within the consumer/personal care industry.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

 

  • 2-3 years’ Experience in customer management at a National level in Australia
  • Experience in representing the Pharmacy Channel Internally & Externally.
  • Strong Data analysis skills to report on EPCA/ competitor sales using IRI data sources.
  • Problem solving, analysis, project management and report preparation.
  • Strong Knowledge of Chemist Warehouse and Priceline accounts advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage cross functional relationships – internally and externally.
  • Field operations management experience highly desirable (FMCG).
  • Background in personal care categories also advantageous
